What do we need from bags? Space, pockets, storage, durability, style and if possible sustainability, right?
Craghoppers are a UK based outdoor brand that has been around since 1965.
The Kiwi Classics collection is part made from recycled plastic bottles, the fabric has a PU coating and a PFC free, DWR finish to create a sustainable weather-resistant and hard-wearing product that is ready for adventure.
When I’m running around London from meetings, to styling pulls to lunches with friends and then a yoga class, I’m always having to take a lot with me! And I’m forever trying to find the right bags with lots of storage that still look cool and are okay in all weather conditions because that’s what we deal with, in the UK!
This is the Backpack 14L from Craghopper’s Kiwi Classic Collection, which has a side pocket for a small water bottle, a laptop sleeve, bike light attachment and more… It’s not too big, but it’s big enough and I love the mustard yellow colour.
I love how I can style it up in a smarter way, with a PVC jacket for a cool look to wear into meetings around the city.
Backpacks can look so frumpy sometimes and I always worry I look like a school child wearing one but it was great to style these bags up for this post and see how they can actually look mature, cool and be useful too.
The second bag I have from the Kiwi Classics Collection is the Waistpack. It has lots of pockets, is big enough to fit in a small water bottle, has an adjustable strap and gear loops. The black colourway is a super useful, staple everyday small bag for when I don’t need my gym kit or laptop with me.
Waist packs/bumbags are so fashionable right now, they are really easy to wear especially if you go for a black one. It will easily fit into your wardrobe and become a daily staple. They are casual but cool so they can go with almost any outfit.
