I finally went to Dreamland, Margate and it was everything a British Seaside Theme Park should be.

It was garish, bright and bold. There were cute, tame kids rides and slightly daring adult rides.

Although it is a bit posher than most…

It recently had a refurb so instead of slightly crap but great food trucks there are some slightly fancy ones. Like the Candy Floss stand called ‘Naughty Floss’ which is all natural and allergen free, that had 1000 (probably really about 8) flavours with sprinkles and 3 different colours (important for photo ops, of course).

The reason I was there was for the launch of the new Tatty Devine x Mi Pac collaboration. You can see me holding one of the rucksacks from the collection below. The lovely guys from both brands took a group of us out to Margate for the day – a very fitting backdrop as both brands are pretty colourful and very fun.

We had a private area over looking the theme park for lunchtime with some great food options and mocktails/cocktails before we hit the rides. It was a very fun day, and luckily it was nice and warm and sunny too.

Below you will see my mates Vicki, Jess and Emily who were part of the group; it’s always nice when your mates come along on trips.

The reason I chose to wear this outfit was one; because I knew it would be colourful at Dreamland and I wanted a colour pop outfit that wouldn’t be ‘too much.’ And two; because it was damn hot and this dress is super baggy allowing lots of air in! Thank gawd as I needed some breeze.
