Wearing the Nike Air Max 270 in the snow. And a little bit about what living in London means to me…
On this cute day in London, when the snow was just starting to fall, we captured the new Nike Air Max 270.
We is me and my buddy Derek Bremner, a very good photographer mate of mine who helps me shoot my content.
Number 1 we had heard it was going to snow and we wanted to try shooting in the snow, and number 2 I had been sent this new kicks by JD Sports.
So we had many reasons to try and create some dope content basically.
Derek spied Bronte, a hotel with a beautiful, flower filled entrance near by where we were meeting.
I wanted to meet near Trafalgar square as I had been to a fitness event near by and realised in my 5 1/2 years of living here I hadn’t shot near that beautiful landmark. Being a Londoner is a big deal to me, and it wasn’t easy to make it happen. London is expensive and tough, it can eat you up and spit you out with its fast passed lifestyle. But I was born here and lived here until I was 3 years old and I’ve always wanted to come back. It took years of working and living elsewhere to be able to afford it to be honest so I’m always wanting to celebrate the city through my content. I’m still a bit of a tourist and always exploring this city.
I bet some of you are the same right? The price of living here is like 3 times that of Wales where I used to live before I moved here. The price of my room in my shared flat right now is double the rent of a flat I used to have with my ex boyfriend. It’s crazy! But without living here, I wouldn’t have found the career that I love and be able to be who I am now. I am VERY happy here, but also wish the rent was less… then I would be VERY VERY happy haha!
