Trying the colour on everyone’s lips: A Go Go by Kat Von D Beauty.

I recently died my hair a yellowy orange and while at the Kat Von D stand at Imats this weekend I realised I should give a bold orange lip a go, to match my hair.

Everyone at the stand said I had to try A-Go-Go because it’s just so popular; so here we are!

I decided with a bold lip you don’t want to overdo the rest of your look. So I kept the lips as the statement.

I went with a minimal, simple neutral eye look with a thin black cat eye. And I decided to try out some cute faux freckles. I was heavily inspired by Leah Carmichael (part of the Kat Von D Artistry Collective).

To do the freckles I used the Kat Von D eyebrow Pomade in the shade Taupe (also on my brows) and a thin brush. I then stipple brushed foundation on top of that to make them less obvious and more natural.
