
This is just my quick morning stretch routine, I am not an instructor by any means.
I have been doing yoga for many years but I am not very flexible at all as I also do lots of HIIT and running. I do however find it VERY useful doing yoga and stretching, in general, every day.
Stretching really releases tension and stress and I find it really helps me to feel better when I do it, both physically and mentally.
Right now while we are all cooped up inside I thought I would just share with you how I start my days with a stretch.
Please look up the stretches yourself, but hopefully my video will at least inspire you!
