The Air Zoom Spiridon is an iconic 90’s silhouette from Nike. Championed by runner Michael Johnson (Google the TV advert is pretty funny), the sole unit was designed to absorb shock upon impact on the road, a ground breaking (pardon the pun) technical design for its time. Anyway enough of me being a geek and telling you the history of the shoe, although I really think you should know these things before buying shoes. Here’s how I’m wearing them!
