This morning I’m tucking into a smoothie bowl after a couple of days of heavy work outs!

The guys at Supa UK sent me their May Box to try out and it’s full of healthy ingredients.

Inside the May box:

Recipe Book

I’ve used the Moringa Powder in my smoothie bowl today and inside the recipe book they have a Mango and Moringa recipe but I had some frozen bananas so I used those instead.

Recipe:

1 cup of frozen banana peeled

1 table spoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of moringa powder

1/2 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup of soya yoghurt

Blend it all together and you can either add in the chia seeds then or use them as a topper.

I like to use half milk and half yoghurt because I like my smoothie bowls thick but feel free to use 1 cup of milk instead if you don’t like yours so thick.

I topped mine with some gluten free granola, fresh fruit, nuts and raisons. So easy so so healthy!

Facts: Moringa powder is packed full of Fibre, Iron, Vitamin A and E and is 25% Protein.
