So despite being 5ft5 I’ve achieved my fair share of modelling over the years.

I’ve done some fashion modelling, a lot of alternative, skate, streetwear style brands and also a lot of hair modelling including the odd catwalk. BUT I have never – until now – modelled a Fashion Catwalk show.

This season’s London Fashion Week was a showcase of the upcoming Spring Summer 18 collections. I modelled for London based designer Nelly Rose in her ‘Globelle’ collection, which she had made by women all over the world in places she had travelled and been inspired by including Guatemala, Japan and Palestine. Her attention to detail throughout the collection is fantastic and each piece tells a specific story.

I had a really fun time, it’s not just a walk in the park though. The day started at 8am ready for hair and make up and dressing. The presentation started at 11:30 and went on until 13:30pm. So it’s a long affair! We didn’t just walk and go either, this was a presentation so we had some choreography and then just danced and walked around moving positions throughout the time.

The hair and make up team were amazing with hair by Label M and Make Up by Kryolan.

Here’s me being really awkward in a video backstage:
