Manitoba Tigella restaurant officially launched with a bang this week in New Oxford Street serving traditional Italian cuisine with a focus on Tigella.
Tigella is a traditional disc shaped bread from Northern Italy filled with various options of meats and vegetables.
The launch event displayed a variety of food options alongside a presentation of how the Tigella is prepared; fresh and by hand with all natural ingredients.
Manitoba don’t just prepare fresh, hand made Italian food, they also compliment the menu with a selection of incredible cocktails and wines. The cocktails aren’t your usual British sex on the beach… I was presented with their Strawberry cocktail which comes with a shock of Prosecco, a fresh strawberry, cocoa and icing sugar for you to stir in or have separately; as you wish. I personally mixed in the Prosecco and had the strawberry after which I dipped into the cocoa powder and icing sugar.
