Bright red and bright pink do not jel well together because they aren’t tonal of one another, unlesssss mixed with other tones of the same shade.
The best way to wear these two colours is to take subtle tones of each, for example baby pink and burgundy red. By pairing a baby pink top with baby pink trainers / shoes, breaking them up with black jeans and adding a burgundy jacket you are able to spread out the tones but keep them co-ordinated at the same time.
