Charitable Streetwear company Lisn Up are bringing a positive and personal touch to casual streetwear – and I like it very much.
50% of all profits go to a charity of the customers choice, or that of the collaborators choice on their collaborative collections. Giving something back to the world when it comes to fashion is really important to me, fashion is such a vain interest, don’t get me wrong it’s fun and it creates a lot of jobs but I do think about how vain it is a lot of the time. If I am able to give back to someone else at the same time then I would choose that brand over another!
Throughout this shoot I am wearing:
The jacket is a classic camo shirt style with a custom back print, I’m a camo fan and a simple shirt jacket can be worn in so many ways. Plus I love a good back print so basically this ticks a lot of boxes for my wardrobe. The One God hoodie has a strong but simple message which I’m happy to convey and a grey pull over hoodie again is super easy to wear in so many ways. The quality is good, both pieces are more autumn than winter but could be layered with winter wear to be appropriate as it’s getting colder now.
I’ve styled these with:
Joggers – Glamorous
Bra – Bjorn Borg
Trainers – Reebok @ Footlocker
Me and Thaimatic strolled around east London to take these snaps. I’m basically always in east London and it felt like the right environment for this look, East is fun and stylish but also casual. I live here and I feel like I can be as casual or as dressed up as I want, it’s a nice balance. I hope you like the shoot, it’s a slightly more intimate look at me and my style and I’m happy with the way we captured the details.
