These bad boys are full of protein and and you don’t have to feel guilty about eating them!

Ingredients:

1 cup GF flour

1 scoop (Vegan or not) Protein powder. I used stripped. This whole recipe isn’t vegan but I use vegan powder because I don’t want dairy in my pancakes.

1 tbspoon GF baking powder 

1 egg or egg white 

1/3 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 ripe banana mashed

1tbspoon coconut oil 

Method:

Sift the flour, protein powder and baking powder together in a bowl.

Wisk the egg and milk together and add the banana and the flour mix in until it is as smooth as possible. The banana will make it a bit lumpy but make sure the flour is all mixed in.


Add coconut oil to a pan and let it melt then ladle in the pancake mixture. And make sure to flip it once the bottom is sufficiently cooked.

I added natural peanut butter, dark chocolate spread and peaches topped with Agave syrup. 

These are the perfect post work out treat to feed your muscles and they feel like a treat!
