
I find it hard to balance my crazy career which can be different every day and change at the last minute with keeping fit, BUT I don’t let it stop me.
I go to classes when ever possible as I tend to find the atmosphere makes sure I work hard. Plus once they are booked in I have to work my schedule around them and I find that works most of the time. Sometimes how ever I need to be at home to work from home / stay in for deliveries etc.
I’ve found that using Youtube to work out at home is really helping me to feel less stressed about keeping a balance of fitness and work. So I wanted to share with you guys some tutorials that are helping me!

Yoga
This simple 20 minute video will make you feel stretched and stronger to start or end or day.
You could add a couple of Yoga videos together or find longer ones online but I find when I’m alone I prefer a few short sessions a day. As opposed to in a class I like a longer 1 hour session as I’m with other people it keeps me going!

You don’t need any equipment for these work outs apart from maybe a Yoga Matt. There’s no excuse to not be able to keep fit when you need nothing more than a floor. Sometimes living in London I even have that issue and if so I take these videos to the park on my phone or use the Nike Training Club App.
