Where are the best places to eat in and around London if you are both Vegan and Gluten-Free?

Here’s my top 6 right now. Hit my blog to see previous posts for more options too.

Mother Works is new to me and OH MY GOSH, it blew my mind!

Most options are GF and all are plant-based/vegan. They have these insane poached style ‘eggs’ made from coconut and sweet potato.

My only thing is their Hollandaise style sauce was a little overpowering, so I will ask for less next time. But generally, it was very satisfying.

Monstera Canteen is on the outskirts of London in Luton, but a lovely reason for a road trip!

I had a really lovely vegan ‘tuna’ and salad, topped chips. The menu has a few gluten-free options and everything is vegan. It’s a really nice little cafe with a shop section which various vegan canned goods etc.

Plant Hub is a totally organic, vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free restaurant in Hackney. If you want somewhere a little fancy, with great dinging, but not at a crazy price, Plant Hub is a great option.

The plates are exquisite, high end and extremely tasty.

Redemption is one of my favourite places to eat in London. They have a few locations including Shoreditch, Notting Hill and now Covent Garden.

Their brunch, lunch and dinner options are amazing. It is healthy versions of comfort food. They use no refined sugar, no alcohol, no gluten in the whole restaurant and purely a plant-based cafe. They are slightly pricey, but it’s worth it.

Vurger has featured a lot on this blog and my social media. Almost everything they do is available as a gluten-free option. Their new Beyond Meat burger is great if you are after a meat substitute. But if you are more of a plant based eater not wanting meaty style dishes, they have loads of vegan burgers, salad bowls, fries, tater tots, mac and cheese and more! Here I am with their new asian influenced sub/salad bowl in collaboration with Gaz Oakley/Avante Garde Vegan.

Also, their Milk Shakes are legit insane!

Leggaro is an amazing Gluten-Free classic Italian family restaurant with vegan options.

The quality is really high end and the dishes are extremely tasty. The menu isn’t huge but it’s big enough and the pudding options are great too! If not Yoricca is round the corner (featured in my last London post here).

And that’s it for this time. I hope these 6 restaurants help you to choose a place to eat in and around London!
